That's quite a nice photo of what I believe to be an Albion Victor VT17 single-deck bus operated by Kowloon Motor Bus Company.
After first trying out a single prototype ordered in 1959 , KMB ordered a further one hundred of these buses from UK. The Albion brand was a Scottish company which had been absorbed into the Leyland Group in 1951. The bodies, made of aluminium were supplied by the British Aluminium Company ( BACo). The bodies were shipped to Hong Kong in parts which were then assembled in KMB’s own workshops and installed on the chassis.
