Comments

A sedan chair stand, (i.e. a point from where they could be hired), is still situated on Hollywood Road in Central.

Certainly not used for that purpose now though!

There is a sign reading Sunqua, Portrait Painter. He was a Chinese painter in the Qing dynasty (active 1830–1870) and had studios in Canton and Macao. Possibly not Hong Kong.
