The late Mr Leung was also a hero in the Kotewall Road disaster in 1972. He saved the life of Mr Henry Litton, and was awarded the George Medal. However he passed away on duty during a fire fighting in a construction site of MTR in Sham Shui Po in 1980.

I was a primary school classmate with your grand-father since 1954. He graduated in Queen's College in 1965 and later joined the Fire Service Department of Hong Kong. He received his distinguished George Medal in 1972.
