Chi Lok Villa - once the residence of Mr. Lo Tsz Lok. Later (1987) bought by Teddy Wang via Chinachem and thought to be one of the potential places where he ended up being buried (he went missing in 1990) and as such there are lots of superstitious stories about goings on in the place.

I'm not certain when it was demolished but the site was left to rot by Chinachem and was then later redeveloped into "South Crest".
