I think this is a picture of #2 York Road, located at the corner of York and Waterloo, before a high wall was constructed around the property.
I believe it is owned by Jackie Chan's wife, Lin Fong Jiao.This is not surprising given that next door (145 Waterloo Road) used to be Chan's Hong Kong HQ. 145 was demolished about 10 years ago and a new house (with the same JJJ gates as #2 York Road) has been constructed there.
