Thanks for the information! Miss O. Franklin may have used the name Blair-Hickman when writing to Blair Hickman to ensure accuracy and clarity. According to the "Hong Kong P.O.W. Camp Name List" from November 1, 1944, on page 14, the name "Blair Hickman, Cecil Stanhope" was incorrectly written as "Hickman, Cecil Stanhope Blair".
