Yeung Tak-yi should be identical to Yeoh Teik-ee, MBE. He was a teacher at the Queen's College before the war who became an Inspector of school in Hong Kong after the War. He was a Lieutenant (of the HK Volunteers?) during the invasion. I believe he was given the code name 'VAGRANT'.
He was the communications link between BAAG Waichow when setting up the BAAG 'K' Group, which consisted of three members: Jimmy Kotwall, G S Ladd and Saleh Ibrahim. See statement by G S Ladd.
