Just recently, I walked around this area to find out the location of the former cemetery on the slopes behind Queens Road East and I found this old building. I asked a few people, but no one could give me an answer and I was not allowed to walk further up because everything is sealed off around that building. What building could that be.

Hi There,
I believe that should be Nam Koo Terrace. Urban legend cited it is haunted, together with the school building right next to it (also in the photo).
