Probably built during the 1890s, as the 1896 map shows only the two eastern blocks are built, and the land for the western blocks hadn't been reclaimed yet. But on the 1903 map the land is reclaimed and the two western blocks have been added. The 1920 map shows a clearer outline of the buildings.
