Kennedy Town from the air

Ken gave no indication as to the location of this photograph.  It does not look like one taken from a light plane, although I know that he was quite capable of flying at a very low altitude!  I suspect that it could have been taken from a road somewhere above West Point.  Does the gasholder provide a clue?  Andrew
