I would say that should be Defence Lot 11. Is it on the Kam Tin\Shek Kong side? If so, it is likely related to the military sites over there previously. I guess I found one of these back in 2013.
In the Northern side of Route Twisk but further up the road. Next to the flag on the map in this post. So, reading here you found the boundary stones 1.3km straight line down there. Interesting. Thanks for the info!
The one I found was right in front of one of the PLA barracks gates. That was a very small stone in a cup size cube. There are other DL 11 stone tiles around the barracks (like those DL 2 ones in Gun Club Hillg or DL 4 ones where Queensway meets QRE and Justice Road).
So DL 11 may be a very big lot. By trotting down\up that stream you may have been traspassing.
