Definitely not the 1960s. This is how I remembered Lock Road in the mid-1980s. Hairstyle and bomber type jacket of the bloke to the left very 1980s. And to clinch it, there is the "Spaghetti House" billboard in the background, established locally in 1979.
On Cameron Road looking towards the Kowloon Mosque on Nathan Road The Spaghetti House Restaurant was located at 3B (not 38) Cameron Road, 1st Floor. Further up the road is the TST MTR entrance/exit for Cameron Road. Circa 1980s.

When did Lock Road have its kink straightened? Looks more like Cameron Road to me. Are we sure of the location?
