Great to see your photograph KarenJane and it is indeed my grandfather and his crew on the world flight, stopping at Foochow on the 2nd July 1924. Do let me know how you have this photograph and if your family were involved in the RAF at that time?
My family were living at the time in Foochow (1897-1934) and I am assuming they went out to see your grandfather and the crew. All the children were in Boarding School by that time so I am assuming mum or dad took the photo and sent it back to my uncle who would have been 14 at the time and probably delighted to recieve it.
