The street numbers are as of 1901, shown on the 1901 map you uploaded. Wyndham Street has been renumbered since then, but I don't know which year it happened.
The lot number, IL 140, is still used for most of this piece of land, though it has been chopped up into lots of sections. It can be seen on the government's online maps.
