Without any evidence to back me up, I suspect L19 was an important position, as it appears on at least four different markers in the area. There were a number of tracks, which made TSF look like a crossroad from all points of the compass. L19 even gets a mention on a marker outside PB 121, which is approximately 750m from Tsim Fung Shan.

That's a strange one - it shows L19 on two arrows that point in the opposite direction.
Are they paths that curve around to join up at L19, or did they make a mistake when they made the slab?
