How would I find out where he is buried, it is only because of your website I now know the burial took place on the 9th of October 1915 at St John’s Cathedral. He was born 21st of April 1913. Where would I find an article or notice of his death.

You could look at the newspapers around the date he died to see if it was mentioned, or look at the cemetery records, see https://gwulo.com/node/9376 for details. As the service was at St John's, he was likely buried in the Hong Kong Cemetery in Happy Valley.
Was his father Wilford Francis? I see him mentioned in the Jurors Lists.

i have looked at burial records for Happy Valley? He was not there. Could he have been cremated?
Percys parents were Captain Percy Richard Gay Cuming he worked for the Indo China Steam Navigation Company, his wife was Kathleen. He lived in Hong Kong from 1909 to 1927 when he was transferred to Shanghai.

Burial was the norm, so I don't think he'd have been cremated.
