Alfred Whittaker served in the Boxer Rebellion with the 1st Chinese Regiment and on the later disbandment of that Unit became one of three Inspectors in the Wei Hei Wei Police Force. He served with them until the rendition of WHW in c 1930.

I lose track of him until he appears, with his wife,as Interned in Stanley, being descrbed as a " Caretaker" .He died in HK in c 1953.

Gratefull for any information on him, particularly in the period 1931 - 1941.
