John Barrow
I believe the husband of Katherine Barrow would be Mr. John Barrow who was Disrtrict Officer for the New Territories under the British Military Administration. My father, Paul Tsui, worked as his assistant at that time, and learnt from him a lot how to be an Administrative Officer in his subsequent career in the HK Government.
