Terraced building along Nathan Road, between Humphreys Ave and Carnarvon Road. [1906-????]

To identify it in photos, it had three, equal-sized gables along the roof-line facing Nathan Road.

Some well-known residents included:

  • 72 Nathan Road: The Cheong Hing Store, at the northern end, on the corner with Humphrey's Ave.
  • 70 Nathan Road: Gingles Restaurant

[Update 2019: I previously wrote that Dairy Farm were in this building, but Moddsey points out that they were in the building on the opposite side of Humphreys Ave.]

On page 58 of FormAsia's book Old Hongkong there is a sharp photo of this building, with the year 1906 shown in the centre of each gable. I've set that as the completion date for the building.
