Thanks to ymsitt, a bulding on the left is identified as 112 Wellingotn Street.  I have now added a pin in approximateluy the correct place just to the West of Cochrane Street.

Hi There,

Looked to narrow for Queen's Road and there are gradient to this road too.  Queen's Road is basically flat as it was almost the shorline at some places.    Base on previous old photos and how the slopes goe, might be Wellingtom Street.

The address of Chinese restaurant 萬國飯店 on the left side of the picture is 112 Wellington Street, which is just west of Cochrane Street.
