Address: Ma Liu Shui, Shatin. Note the incorrect english spelling and NT telephone numbers. On the reverse, appears that the property was owned by the Fung Lum Restaurant group, which had restaurants in Hong Kong and Taipei. I note a restaurant by the same name has opened in Palo Alto, California since 2012. Some information of the former restaurant here

I went to one in the San Jose area, probably in Cupertino, in 1977. It was owned by the same HK group and located in the middle of nowhere then, built in the old Chinese 四合院 style and served more authentic Chinese food than the chop suey houses in San Jose.
