Brian only saved the four cover pages. I did wonder whether there had been some inner ones showing a larger menu. On the other hand, maybe the Dairy Farm only offered beef meals on the occasion he ate there. It certainly seems rather limited compared with the very extensive menu he got from the Sailors and Soldiers home!
