I must have just taken off from Kai Tak, Mei Foo was the biggest housing development at the time and was directly below the flight path for all planes landing and taking off over Kowloon (rather than the harbor)

In the left centre of the photo, Tsing Yi Bridge is visible. It was built in 1974. With a bit of imagination, The Texaco Oil Depot can be spotted.
First stage of reclamation at Gin Drinker Bay and Rambler Channel is finished, and Pillar Island has lost it's island status.
