Lady Mary Grayburn was the third wife of Sir Vandeleur Grayburn, the Chief Manager of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.

In WW1 she served as a nurse near Basra (Mesopotamia). She married Sir Vandeleur in October 1940.

From January 5, 1942 to May 19, 1943 she lived in the Sun Wah Hotel with her husband and the other uninterned bankers and their families. After Sir Vandeleur's arrest on March 17, 1943 she was active in sending him food and trying to secure his release. She was sent to Stanley Camp on May 19, spending the rest of the war in Bungalow D.

She was flown home after release from Stanley and lived in Sussex until her death.
