The left hand picture looks
The left hand picture looks like one of the streets running between Queens Road Central and the Praya between Peddar and the Central Market. I am unsure which one.
The middle picture is Wyndham Street looking up from Queen's Road Central
The right hand picture is Jubilee Street looking towards the harbour from Queens Road Central. The Central Market is on the right

Thank you for the identification of places shown. Regarding the middle picture, I was missing the trees on photos taken in the 1930's. I found this one on Gwulo , and the trees (and flowers) are there.
Amazingly, this is also called "Flower Street".
