Centamap gives the "Occupation Date" as 1961, but the Rating and Valuation Department gives the completion date as 1956 (see comments below).

not being picky, but 23 flats in St. Georges Court, were already occupied in December 1959, so construction must have been earlier. Maybe 1961 was when the final 16 additional flats were completed.

Does any boby know what will replace this building?

I also note a number of the old houses in Braga Circuit have been recently demolished.
