I am searching the residence of Henri van Meines, Dutchman, in the period 1907 - 1917. He worked for the Bataafse Petroleum maatschappij (Shell). Most likely he lived in a residential area close to the peak.
The lists give his address as Kings Building. It's not clear whether there was any accommodation there, or they were simply using the company offices as their mailing address.
Is he a relative of yours?

Hi, there are a couple of mentions of him in the Jurors Lists for 1913 and 1915, see:

They show him working at the Asiatic Petroleum Co., Ld. That was an ancestor of Shell's operations in Hong Kong, see:
