So Kun Po and the sports grounds including Hong Kong Stadium, Indian Recreation Club, South China Stadium etc is located near Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island. I think there used to be a cotton and dyeing factory, hence the tall chimney in the centre of the postcard. This is indeed a rare postcard.
