There was a Cathay Pacific DC-3 crash on 24th Feb. 1949 near Breamar Resevoir. All 23 people onboard where killed after a go-around in poor weather on the way back from Manila.
The photo above is of Kai Tak and I can't see any crash, perhaps it was a minor accident?
