This is another of a set of negatives I recently got-they seem to be from somewhere around 1953-54. As the Peak Tram is visible here, I can get a rough idea of where this photo was taken from, but what is this building on the left,with the barbed wire around it?

The photo was taken at the bottom Garden Road. The Lower Peak Tram Terminus in the distance is at centre. The Central Government Offices East Wing is on the right. As for the buidling on the left with the barbed wire, I think it was Ministry of Defence (MOD) property.
