The cowboy is Jimmy Cowden who's Dad was PanAm manager Kai Tak.

Jimmy Cowden
Jimmy Cowden was an old playmate of mine at KJS. I was there from @ 1952 to 1958, my mother Gwelma Goodfellow taught the infants/year 1 class which was my privelege age 4 & 5. Not sure it was hers! The location of the school then was as shown on the map. KGV school was just up the hill at the end of the road, as shown. Our playground then seemed quite big and I don't remember anything from KGV being downhill from KJS then. The photos are all authentic KJS school rooms but not of anyone else I can recognise. Sadly can't remember Mike Cussans at present.
