The larger building is the Kowloon City Police Station which was built at the same time as the station in Sham Shui Po. Destroyed during WWII.
Greetings. Not disputing the information here and elsewhere about the police station destroyed during WWII. My city bus to Good Hope in 1957 passed by this spot, and looking towards the bay was a building looking similar to the police station at least the first floor and their supporting columns. It looked deserted, and rain water flooded a part of the exterior visible from the bus. I heard about it soon to be torn down. I wonder if the police building structually survived the war, at least the portion facing the bus route. Regards, Peter
