Kindly would I like to ask if anybody can tell me what F.B.C. (on the left side) stands for on that bank cheque from 1854.

"F.B.C. & Co." is written out in long form at the bottom-right corner of the cheque. The first word looks like "Framji".
Bomanjee Framjee Cama traded under the name of F. B. Cama & Co. An advertisement in 1861 in HKGRO refers.
