This is lying in the stream bed. It's on the left of the steps as you walk down the Wilson Trail near distance marker #26.
Here's a closer look:
It's an NKIL (New Kowloon Inland Lot) marker, and I think it is a number 6 (now correctly identified as NKFL 5, see comment below). I'm not sure if the lot NKIL 6 was actually near here, or if the stone got moved here to be incorporated into some of the squatters' construction in this area.
