Mosque Street looking East

This is a picture of Mosque Street, taken from about where Palatial Crest stands today. 

The three rows of buildings in the background going left to right up the hill are Belilios Terrace (1st Generation) and the three houses upper right of Picture from left to right are Rocklands, Benfica and Richmond House. The building in the foreground are tenements on Mosque Street and Mosque junction

I have dated it 1890's as Belilios Terrace has been completed and looks relatively new, however there has been no development on the north side of Robinson road, nor have the tenements on Mosque Street been replaced. There is also no development above Robinson Road
