The 崇真會 Shung Chun Wui (c) uses the Hakka phonetics of Tsung Tsin because their evangelical stronghold was in the Hakka region of Ng Wah (Wuhua) with a seminary at Li Long.
It would appear that there was a significant German-speaking community in HK prior to WW1. Someone said if Germany had won in WW1, HK might have become a German colony...
