This looks very much like the annual camp that the Auxies were engaged in at Sek Kong. I was engaged in pre-flight servicing of our aicraft, which consisted of Harvards, Austers, and Mark XVIII Spitfires. There was one Mark XXIV Spitfire, but it was still in the original shipping crate from England. The RAF was operating Vampires from the same runway, which at the time was PSP. Those were great days! I wonder if anybody would like to comment.

My stepfather George Bain was a pilot with the RHKAAF and flew Austers, Harvards and Spitfires, inc.VN485, in the early 1950s, at Sek Kong.
