This looked very much like Queen's Road East, in the approximately location somewhere between Tai Yuen & Chun Yuen Streets. The side street visible by the right was very likely Wanchai Gap Road. The slight bent of the present day Queen's Road East fits.
Well spotted T. A few frames ahead the camera turns around the corner, and we can see Mount Parish ahead, at the junction with Kennedy Road. Then, just as view fades into the next shot, we get a glimpse of Wanchai Market on the left.
