My main interests in Hong Kong history pertain to squatter settlements in New Kowloon (see http://hdl.handle.net/2429/93789). I am also interested in internationalist currents in Hong Kong during the long twentieth century and the history of maritime connections and communities linking Hong Kong and South China with the broader South China Sea region (especially Vietnam).
