3 months 3 weeksmy name is Lorna Loveland nee Southerton. I have been writing my dad's story for decades and was in touch with you many years ago but can't remember my log in details. They have changed anyway. I am about to conclude this epic research project and intend to publish it this year. My grandfather Robert Grindley Southerton was interned in Stanley came before being repatriated back to Shanghai where the family was united but again interned. My dad, Robert Grindley Southerton Jnr was first cousin to May Ride wife of Sir Lindsay Ride. Some time back I believe I read his journal entry of his escape and was wondering if I could include that at the end of my dad's story.
