I recently published a book about Henrietta  and Lewis Shuck. Henrietta was the first American woman missionary to China, the first to open a school for girls, and the first Western woman to reside in Hong Kong. I am particularly interested in any images or information about the churches they established on Queens Road or the school they built. The churches were the Queens Road Baptist Church and the Swatow Baptist Church. Any and all images and information about life in Macau or Hong Kong in the late 1830s and early 1840s would be appreciated.
