May have a previous location before the old typhoon shelter was reclaimed. Need confirmation though.

Formerly known as Waterloo Station before 31 May 1985. The concourse and L2 platforms were opened on 22 December 1979 while the L3 platforms were opened on 26 April 1982.

8 buildings built during the 1960s (the last was completed in 1971), that were initially surrounded on three sides by water.

I'm uncertain about the year of establishment of this block.  But the style and height looked right.
