This is a photo of the first guard stood at the entrance of the Government House by the Royal Hong Kong Regiment on 27 May 1954.
There were 6 people involved and four stood at a time. The 6 members of the Regiment were
Sgt Leung Chung-Yee (Sp. Coy), L/Cpt Liu Kin-ming (D Coy), Pte W. L Stone (SS Pi), Pte, Yip Chi-wah (HQ), Pte H. S. Lapsley (SSPI) and Drummer Chan Yu-yen (HQ).
