Hong Kong's Public Enquiry Service
A service, believed to the unique insouth-East Asia, is now operating in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. There, any of the Colony's 3,600,000 people can take their problems to a Government sponsored Public Enquiry Services where their questions will be answered in confidence.

Since it was inaugurated two years ago, the Public Enquiry service's staff have handles some 250,000 questions on subjects ranging from Business enquiries to domestic disputes.
the prime object of the service is to help recently arrived immigrants to the colony adjust themselves to a new way of life, but more important, it is now serving as a link between the people of Hong Kong and the Government.
