I've updated the title of this Place from 1st to 2nd location, as the first location was somewhere in Wanchai (see Carl T Smith's THE GERMAN SPEAKING COMMUNITY IN HONG KONG 1846 -1918). I'll also update the other Places, so 2nd => 3rd, and 3rd => 4th.
"Founded in November 1859, the first premises were situated near the present officers' quarters in Queen's Road East. In March of the following year (1860), larger premises in Lower Wyndham Street, opposite the German Consulate, were leased, and here the Club remained until the building now occupied by the Phoenix Club was completed......This structure..... was formally opened on February 2, 1872."

In 1872 the club moved from this location to larger premises at 2 Wyndham Street.

Noted the mention of Club Germania in Twentieth impressions of Hong Kong, Shanghai etc (publication date 1908):
