Sincere Company's first trading location, opened in Jan 1900, but destroyed by Typhoon in August the same year. Later renovated and reopened in 1904 until moving circa 1909. The store incorporated 172 QRC and extended to 123 Wellington Street at the rear.
The current building on the site is a pre-war shophouse, but it's not clear if this would be the same building given the lack of pre-war building records.
