The buildings are shown on the 1920 map of Kowloon. There was one terrace of three larger buildings parallel to Gascoigne Road and a second terrace of five smaller buildings at right-angles to them.

Demolition of Railway Quarters
Noted a Government Gazette Notification No. 2074 issued on 24 November 1961 inviting sealed tenders for the demolition of Railway Quarters at Gascoigne Road and Railway Terrace, Kowloon. The latter staff quarters, I believe was in Hung Hom (location to be verified).
I reckon 1962 was the year that Railway Quarters were demolished.
The 1961/62 Annual Departmental Report of the Kowloon Canton Railway mentioned a block of new staff quarters for senior Railway staff was constructed off Wylie Road to replace two old blocks of quarters at Gascoigne Road which were demolished to make way for the Nairn Road Extension.
Completion of Railway Quarters
Quarters for the European staff were commenced in March, one row of three two-storied houses facing south, and one row of five facing east. The quarters were occupied in September and October 1916 respectively.
Although Gascoigne Road was not mentioned, reports from other years mentioned the eight staff quarters were located in the Locomotive Yard.
