2 May 1943, Leo Landau's wartime diary

Lovely cool night. Feel like a million this morning. The C5 hut had a bad night again with the bugs. I have a quantity of ants around my bed space and it seems like they are killing the bugs. The outcome will be interesting. Played softball in the pm and hurt my knee and forearm.

The watch transaction between Jolly and Indie was completed today in a satisfactory manner.

Prophet went to Bowen Rd yesterday to have his eyes examined, was on the ferry with Dad. Spoke with him.

Barker MacFayden and Gregory came over for coffee.
