Steady fasting and hard work do not go together ie. 8pm 4" (sp.?) plain rice and boiled veg. Up this morning 4.30am for Kia Tack, received a small bun for breakfast and tea (without sugar). Next meal midday. Plain rice and boiled veg. In other words 17 hours on slop with hard work thrown in for good measure.
