Wing Fat Printing Co.'s printing works [????-????]

62-80 Hing Fat Street, the area marked in blue on this map:

I've highlighted a narrow building at the bottom of the site in darker blue. It has the year '1920' displayed on the front facing Hing Fat Street, as seen above the umbrella in this scene:

1920 is the year that Wing Fat was registered as a limited company [1], but I don't know if that's also the year that the building shown above was completed.

Wing Fat opened a new printing works in San Po Kong in 1964 [1], but don't say when this Causeway Bay site was demolished.

The current building on this site is Mayson Garden Building, with 9 Jan 1973 as its date of first occupation [2].
